Unable to create a SLA Definition, met with an incomplete formIssue The user was unable to create a SLA Definition, as when they navigated to /contract_sla.do, they were met with an incomplete form.ResolutionAfter verifying that the Form Layout was as it should be Out of Box (OOB), it was found that the ACLs which allow access to view the contract_sla form in the global scope come with a specific plugin, "com.snc.service_management.core" (i.e. "Service Management Core"), which was not active in the user's instance (note: the user's instance was converted from Express to Enterprise. The plugin should come standard with all Enterprise-level instances). Therefore, it was recommended to the user that they resolve the issue by activating the "com.snc.service_management.core" plugin within their instance. Doing so should provide them with the two ACLs needed to utilize the contract_sla table and create those SLA Definitions.
