An Order Guide which contains a Record Producer for Incident is raising a Request insteadIssue The user's Order Guide "Help Desk Support" is creating a Request when entered instead of an Incident. This should not be.ResolutionThe reason the user was seeing the behavior is that the "service_portal" Service Portal is using a custom widget presumably based off of the deprecated SC Order Guide code. Hence, it is not working properly.Reverting to the current, Out of Box (OOB) SC Order Guide widget resolves the behavior. To do that, the user can navigate to the below URL: /sp_config?id=page_edit&p=sc_cat_item_guide&table=sp_instance&sys_id=10a030e347230200ba13a5554ee4904e Once there, the user can scroll all the way down to the "Widget" section, and under the two "Widget" texts, there is a drop-down of what widget is selected. This will be where the custom widget is currently selected. The user can then change this to "SC Order Guide" and save the page (bottom right, blue button), and the reported behavior will be resolved.
