Auto approval is happening on the RITM for specific user.Issue When one of our users is ordering an item called "XXX" all the approval activities get approved automatically. When regular ITIL users try to order the item, it waits for the approval to complete.CauseThe business rule on the sysapproval_approver table was causing the issue.ResolutionThere was a custom business rule that was checking for the manager's approval and auto-approving based on certain conditions. As it matched with the RITM, the approval was approved automatically. Deactivating the business rule resolved the issue.
