[Service portal] Not all catalog items under a Catalog Category are visible on the portal.Issue Catalog items are not visible under the category only on the service portal, While it shows on the Native UI (user interface).CauseMissing the corresponding records in the sc_cat_item_category table.ResolutionGo to each and every catalog item under the category, Clear the value for this field and select the category again and save the record, This should create the corresponding record for each catalog item in the sc_cat_item_category with category associated, This would resolve the issue.
