Now Mobile - Form applet screen doesn't auto-refresh


In Now Mobile, open an incident and keep Now Mobile open on the screen. Update the incident via the web platform.  The Mobile app does not live update.  Backing out and reloading and going back into the incident does load the updates.


1. Open an incident in the Now mobile app
2. Open the same incident in the desktop client
3. Update something like the short description and save the change
Notice that the record does not update on the mobile app until doing a refresh
