NOTE: If you see this message in the email logs "Classified as reply to 'null' via watermark 'Ref:<MSG_NUMBER>' in message", it merely states that it cannot find the number to relate the original outgoing email that had the watermark, to begin with (due to number not being in the sysapproval_approver table). Keep in mind that the purpose of the watermark is for the system to identify that the email is treated as a reply, which the system does acknowledge. There will be messages in the email logs list such as (Skipping 'notification_name', email is type 'reply', which does not match Inbound Email Action's type 'new') to verify that.
