Steps to reproduce: In the Navigator, go to Knowledge > Create NewSelect a knowledge base and select an article templateIt will show some random text populated in a different language.ReleaseNew YorkCauseIn New York and earlier releases, this is the expected OOB behavior. The text is a placeholder in latin and is commonly called "Lorem ipsum" after the first two words of the text.ResolutionIn newer releases, you can customize this placeholder text directly in the article template's fields. Go to the article template list: Knowledge > Administration > Article TemplatesSelect a template from the list (make sure it is active)Scroll down to the Article Template Fields related list and select a fieldIn the field form, you should see the Preview Text field where you can add your own text.
