Additionally, the REQ should not be closed from the RITMs workflow as other RITMs may be in progress. ResolutionThe set values should be to set the RITM to a closed state rather than the REQ. Once the RITM closes, the 'Close Parent if Required' business rule will close the REQ if no other RITMs are in progress.
