Some widgets are not shown on the Service Portal Designer pageIssue Some Service Portal widgets that appear on the Service Portal page are not shown on the Service Portal Designer page.CauseSelecting the Internal checkbox on the widget form causes it to not appear in Service Portal Designer.ResolutionTo resolve the issue, uncheck the Internal checkbox on the widget form. If the Internal field is not available on the widget form, add it to the list columns of the widget list. To do this: Go to sp_widgets.listSelect the Settings (gear) icon.Move the Internal field from the Available list to the Selected list, and then select OK. Change the Value field for the widget to false.
