Go to the sys_update_version table and check the records for the file having an issue. There will be a missing 'Current' sys_update_version for that record.ResolutionThe 'Current' sys_update_version record for the file might have deleted long back and it is not possible to say now why it did not create a sys_update_version record. When clicking "Show Related Item" for that skipped record, you will be redirected to the sys_metadata_delete record, which also displays the record removed time. There is no need to resolve any conflicts because the record is no longer present in the instance. By selecting "Revert to Base System", you can opt to restore the record or file, or they can choose to do nothing and let it be deleted.
