UI policy action does not show the variable in the "Variable name". - Support and Troubleshooting

UI policy action does not show the variable in the "Variable name". Issue When trying to create a UI policy for a catalog item, the "variable name" field (catalog_variable') will only present a blank drop-down menu, resulting in our inability to create the required conditions.

Cause The Catalog Item field (catalog_item) is missing from the Catalog UI Policy Action form.

Resolution To solve the issue: 1. go to catalog_ui_policy_action table and open any record 2. Right-click on the form header 3. Go to configure> form layout 4. add the "catalog item" field to the form
