In service portal, widget is not redirecting at expectedIssue If you are clicking on any catalog item and its redirecting you to any other page/home page and not to the page you are expecting that this might be an routing issue.CauseIts happening because the "Route to" has been set to some other page on "Page Route Maps"Resolution1.In navigator type Page Route Maps under Service Portal. 2.Search in "Route from" and "Route to" in that particular Widget. If you do not want that you can uncheck the Active button there or else provide the expected "Route to" page there.
