Steps to Reproduce (make sure to install major incident management, notify and on-call scheduling plugin): Log into any OOB Madrid/NewYork Instance.Open any Major incidentClick "SMS" related link to open up SMSSelect any group in add recipientsPress "add to selected"An error message appears stating "There are no members for the group you selected for this time"OR1. Log into any OOB Madrid/NewYork Instance.2. View Major Incident Management workbench3. Click communications tab4. Click send on P1 Major Incident Communications communicate taskIn the popup, under SMS section, the users are not added as recipients and I get an error saying "You cannot send sms as there are no users selected" CauseOnly On-Call users of the group will be included on the "SMS" form as recipients.As "On-Call Scheduling" is installed, notify will take into consideration the on-call schedules for the group as well before sending an SMS.As the group doesn't have an On-Call shift configured, No one in the group is getting added to sms recipients.ResolutionEither define the on-call shift including all members of the group or include the user individually to communication task.
