Individual nodes on the tree are not announced properly when they have focus Description When the individual nodes on the tree gain focus, they are not announced with relevant descriptions, like for example "Data Collection Overview" in the Analytics Overview page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to /$pa_dashboards_overview.do. 2. Open any existing Dashboard. 3. Open the settings (hamburger) menu and select Launch Dependency Assessment. 4. Move focus to the squares in the tree view. Note that the description is is not useful.
