Email Log displays "Classified as reply to 'null' via watermark" for approval reply emailsIssue If an approver sends either the approved or rejected email for an approval request email notification, the email log for the reply email will show a message similar to the below message: Received id=<Message-ID of email> Classified as reply to 'null' via watermark 'Ref:MSG0108365_6lQA9RS1ry5B8k2tT9tH' in message CauseWhen an email is classified as a reply email, the instance attempts to obtain the value of the 'number' field on the target record, in this case the sysapproval_approver table. However, because the Approvals table lacks a 'number' field, the message displays 'null'. This does not imply that there was an error in classifying the email. This is normal behavior for all approval reply emails in the sysapproval_approver table.ResolutionThis can be ignored because it isn't a problem.
