Service Portal buttons in user profile page team member are not part of the tab order


Service Portal - Buttons for people in the 'Team' section of the user profile page are not part of the tab order and have unclear and poorly defined labels.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any portal.
2. Open the user's profile.
3. Attempt to move input focus to any of the people in the lists (manager/coworkers/reports). Note that it is not possible to move focus to any of these controls.
4. Inspect each of the buttons. Note that the buttons are only described by the initials.


This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
