Service Portal screen reader states there are 5 controls/items in the header, but only 4 are available.
1. Start any screen reader.
2. Open any portal.
3. Navigate to the nav bar. Note that the screen reader describes it as having one more item than actually exists - in the sample, it is stated that there are 5 items but only 4 are present.
This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
