Community Content edit flow - The text "Select a maximum of 5 topic(s)" is not programmatically associated with the "Topic(s)" field Description In Community, Content edit flow, the "Select a maximum of 5 topic(s)" text is not programmatically associated with the "Topic(s)" field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Community ( /community) as Community Admin or System Administrator. 2. Open any posted Question/Blog/Video/Document/Event in the Community Home Page. 3. Edit the content. 4. Add topics.

Notice the text "Select a maximum of 5 topic(s)" text is not associated to the Topics field, so it may be missed on the screen.
