See the "Template Icon" at the right side menu under Attachments.7) Repeat step 2 and activate the "Alert Intelligence" plugin.8) Repeat steps 4-5 and notice the template icon is missing for "Interactions" in Agent Workspace.WorkaroundThis is expected behaviour and by design.
