Visibility of catalog items in NOW mobile app Issue The mobile app is configured to work with items in the catalog named 'Service Catalog'. Even though the availability of catalog items is set to 'Desktop Only', they are still showing in the NOW app.

Resolution When a user picks desktop only as availability it also includes the NOW mobile app. So, in other words, your option for availability is to show in the Mobile (classic mobile app only and does not include NOW or agent) or to show anywhere else that is not classic mobile (desktop).
