Users can create a scheduled report for each report included in dashboard and send them in a single email. Steps - Consider an example where a dashboard contains following reports a. Incidents opened in last 7 days b. Incidents resolved in last 7 days c. Incidents which are active but not updated in last 5 daysCreate a scheduled report for each of the above mentioned reports. Please make sure to schedule the reports at the same time as we need to send them collectively in a single email.In a schedule record of Incidents resolved in last 7 days and Incidents which are active but not updated in last 5 days in included_with field, select name of scheduled report configured for - Incidents opened in last 7 days With these streps on a selected scheduled time all 3 reports will be extracted and the reports will be sent to recipients in a single email.
