The purpose of this ACL is to be evaluated for users accessing the version 2 knowledge base. Please note, the 'Knowledge' knowledge base is still in release version 2. This ACL checks for different requirements than the ACLs for version 3 bases. As such, when this is added to the instance, this allows the impacted user to view the article as they are meeting the requirements to pass.
