Getting "You do not have permissions" message when viewing a knowledge articleIssue This KB article should not be showing this message to a user that has the correct rights.ResolutionThe behavior is seen due to the 'Roles' field being set on this article. The users seeing this issue do not have the role currently set in the Roles field. The Roles field is a deprecated field for permissions on knowledge articles.
