Resource Plan's Start Date is getting moved when the Project's Start Date is changed. This causes the Resource Plan to move back into a Requested state when previously Confirmed. Issue Resource Plan's Start Date is getting moved when the Project's Start Date is changed. This causes the Resource Plan to move back into a Requested state when previously Confirmed.

Cause Upon investigation, it was found that this is indeed the expected behavior if you have the "com.snc.project.date_change_cascade" System Property enabled. If you disable this System Property, the Resource Plan Start Date will remain and the State of the Resource Plan will not change.

Resolution To disable the System Property, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to System Properties > All Properties 2. In the "Name" column search for "com.snc.project.date_change_cascade" and go to the record 3. Change the text in the Value field to "false" 4. Save the record
