Unable to login to LDAP Issue While trying to login, user is getting the following error message as "Your account is configured to use LDAP authentication, and we cannot currently connect to the LDAP server. Please contact your ServiceDesk to resolve this issue. To obtain a password for one-time login, click here. An email message containing the password will be sent to you." No DN returned No user information found in ldapCauseFrom the LDAP Logs, there have been a few times where the LDAP connection has gone down -> ErrorMessage: Connection timed out, failed to connect to serverRoot Cause of the issue: Intermittent LDAP connectivity due to network glitchesResolutionUser can use the one time reset password link to login when they get the error above. Also please check the network from their firewall down to the LDAP server to be sure there are no network glitches in the path and their LDAP server admin check on the health of the LDAP server itself if they see this issue intermittently in future.
