When upgrading Edge Encryption, SEVERE destination directory already exist error is reported. Issue While installing Edge Encryption on top of an existing installation binaries, the following error is received:

SEVERE destination directory: /opt/servicenow/edgeproxy_443 already exist.

Release Madrid and New York.

Cause Error received is because install command is executed instead of upgrade (-m is the mode).

Resolution Use the appropriate command line flag to upgrade an existent installation .
