See STR for details.Steps to Reproduce 1. Log into any supported release using Internet Explorer or Edge2. Select the "Knowledge Management" homepage from the dropdown3. Hover over any of the chart widgets (bar chart, pie chart, etc.) and select either "Save as PNG" or "Save as JPEG" from the hamburger context menu Expected behaviour: Clicking either of the options should display a "Save as..." dialog box which will save an image of the chart Actual behaviour:-- Edge: No hamburger context menu displays-- IE11: Clicking "Save as PNG/JPEG" displays an "Export Complete" message but no "Save As" dialog box appears and no file is savedWorkaroundIE can be configured to silently download files or to ask the user every time.On MS Edge: right-click on the chart to obtain the context menu, then select the option to export to an image. After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
