Unable to move Change forward because of Risk assessment - Support and Troubleshooting

Unable to move Change forward because of Risk assessment Issue After filling out a Change (CHG) record and completing the risk assessment, on clicking "Request approval" an error states to complete the risk assessment. On clicking again on the risk assessment, it only allows to edit the answers.

Steps to reproduce: Impersonate 'the User' Change ➔ Create New ➔ Create Normal Change Fill out all mandatory fields Complete risk assessment Request manager approval At this step, an error appears to complete the risk assessment before requesting approval

Cause The scale factor field on the change risk assessment record is empty, the risk assessment was unable to calculate the risk value

Resolution Define a value for the "Scale factor" field on the change risk assessment record; the default value is 1
