Login to London / Madrid Instance2. Impersonate to any user example David Loo3. Go to system settings > language (Make sure session language is French)4. Open the portal https://InstanceName.service-now.com/sp5. Click on chat Icon "Start Support Conversation" >>> We can see the messages are showing in English 6. Click on the Plus icon in the chat window and start a conversation, you can see the initial messages in French 7. Go to system settings > language (Change the language to Japanese)8. Refresh the portal page9.
