Business rule "Canonicalize Manufacturer Company Model" and "Product should match publisher" cause error 'Publisher and Product manufacturer do not match' - Known Error

Business rule "Canonicalize Manufacturer Company Model" and "Product should match publisher" cause error 'Publisher and Product manufacturer do not match' Description Issue happens under below conditions: 1> "Normalization Data Services Client" plugin is activated 2> User Administration > Normalization Data Services > Properties > glide.cmdb.canonical.company.enabled set to true

When creating a new software model, if we set product, the publisher is automatically popped based on the product. If the publisher is not a normalized name as defined in cds_client_name, and it has a mapping in cds_client_mapping to a normal name, when submitting the new software model, business rule "Canonicalize Manufacturer Company Model" launches and changed publisher to normalized name. Then business rule "Product should match publisher" throws error 'Publisher and Product manufacturer do not match'.

Steps to Reproduce

To Reproduce on an OOB instance: 1> activate plugin "Normalization Data Services Client" 2> samp_sw_product, create software product: "snctestproduct01", for Publisher, create a new company "name11", submit, confirm now we have samp_sw_product snctestproduct01 which points to publisher name11 3> create core company name01, then create "Normalized Company Name" name01, then create "Normalized Mappings" with Discovered name as name11,table core_company, field name. 4> now go to Software Model, click on new, enter product snctestproduct01, the publisher is automatically poped as name11. click on Submit, the publisher is changed to name01, and there are error messages showing in the ribbon: -Publisher and Product manufacturer do not match -Invalid insert
