Inbound Action does not work for emails sent by users without a profile in the instanceIssue When User who doesn't have a valid profile in Servicenow instance sends an email to the instance, even though matching qualification to the inbound action and having a valid watermark doesn't create or update the target record.CauseWhen instance receives an email if the user who has sent the email doesn't have valid profile in the instance, system impersonates the Guest user to perform the actions in the qualified inbound action. If the guest user doesn't have permission to create or update a record on the target table inbound action fails to perform the qualified action.Resolutionguest user is system default user created automatically. Guest user needs to be in active state, shouldn't be locked out and must have permission to create/update record on target table.
