CauseThe Mobile view does not exist. ResolutionEnsure the Mobile view exist for the form were the record exists. If the Mobile view does not exist, create it as follow: From the Platform UI, edit any of the recordsFrom the menu, go to Configure >> Configure Layout Select New in the "View name" field and name the new view Mobile (capital M).Select the fields you want to display or leave the default ones.
