The Out of Box "SC Catalog Item" widget in Service Portal is not pulling through the correct "Delivery Time" field value from my Catalog Item.Issue The user was facing an issue where, when viewing a Catalog Item in the Service Portal, delivery time was showing as "--", instead of the expected value set on the Catalog Item. They wanted to know why this was.ResolutionIt was found that the user had customized the "Workflow" Script Include. This is why the unexpected behavior was happening: /nav_to.do?uri=sys_script_include.do?sys_id=d3669766c0a8016901828e92d1202ac5 When the Script Include was reverted back to Out of Box (OOB), the issue was resolved, and the expected delivery time appeared. Initially, the delivery time displayed as "--". After making the change to revert the Script Include to OOB, the proper value of "2 Days" displayed for the example Catalog Item "General Maintenance Request".
