KB article use is displayed incorrectlyIssue As checked, the use count of KB articles is coming as 0 or 1 although these KB articles have been used in many incidents.CauseThe use_count table is using a different logic and a completely different table than the knowledge base table.ResolutionThe use_count in the knowledge list is not related to the knowledge base database, used for the number of views of an article.
