Dictionary Override of the reference qualifier of the cmdb_ci field does not workDescriptionThe reference qualifier of the cmdb_ci field does not work when trying to override the task table's cmdb_ci field's reference in the catalog task. Any value placed into the reference qualifier field in the dictionary override for catalog task gets ignored.Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to any sc_task record. 2. Right click on the "configuration Item(cmdb_ci)" field and select configure dictionary.3. Make sure "tree_picker=true" is present in the attribute (if not add it at at the end). Set a dictionary override for [sc_task] table with some reference qualifier. 4. Open the 'sc_task' record and click on the magnifying glass of the 'configuration item' field. Notice there are no records displayed, but instead the upstream and downstream relationships are shown. 5. Remove the tree_picker=true from the attribute field.6. Click on the magnifying glass, the dictionary override works, records are displayed according to the reference qualifier.WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases.
