How can knowledge articles be public, in an otherwise private Knowledge Base (i.e. logged-in users only)Issue How can we make knowledge articles public, in an otherwise private Knowledge Base (i.e. logged-in users only)? For instance, setting the role to 'public' for a knowledge article would make that article viewable to anyone without login credentials, while articles in the same knowledge base with no 'public' role would be viewable to logged-on users only.ResolutionI tested it for my out of the box and checked with a simple scenario where I want access for itil users only unauthenticated user on particular knowledge article: Make kb_view to set to public via the (sys_public) tableNow keep the user criteria "Can Read" and "Can Contribute" as blank for knowledge baseOn particular knowledge article where it is un-flagged put article-level user criteria, i.e in Can Read as (Create a scripted userCriteria to check certain condition such that user which should satisfy) and keep Can not Read as blank
