Clicking on Survey link from Service Portal shows 'Invalid Url' errorIssue Customer had a link from Service Portal home page when clicked takes the user to: https://instancename.service-now.com/sp?id=take_survey&type_id=<survey_id> The above link threw the 'Invalid URL' error Logs showed the following errors: ======= Missing assessment: noquestions: no thrown error =======CauseThe Survey questions were modified, added new questions.The Category was changed The above changes had deleted the Category record in the Assessable Record (asmt_assessable_record) table for the Survey.ResolutionNavigated to asmt_assessable_record.list from filter navigatorOpen the record for the Survey that was faulty.In the Category related list, the Category had no record, so clicked on 'Edit' and added the category and Saved
