Newly created field not showing in SurveyIssue If a survey administrator attempts to see a newly added field via the survey URL, the new field is not showing, even though is visible in the survey designer form.CauseAn active survey instance exists for that administrator or survey admin user. In this case the generic survey URL will not show the newly added field, rather it will refer to the existing old survey instance.ResolutionThe administrator or survey admin user need to make sure there are no active survey records existing for them, if they are using a generic survey URL. Any survey instances which are in the ready state need to be completed.
