Unable to select configuration item after incident creationIssue After submitting an incident, when the user clicks on the magnifying glass next to 'Configuration Item' field, the list is emptyCauseDictionary entry 'Configuration item' has a dependent value 'company'ResolutionThe sys_dictionary entry for the "Configuration item" field has a value on the 'dependent' field as 'company'. So, because of the dependency on the company value, the CI's belonging to that company only are displayed. Removing the 'dependent' value and all the CI's will be listed for 'Configuration item'.
