Workflow not attached or triggered for some Requested Items while the same workflow attached for other Requested Items (RITMs)Issue There are some inconsistencies with the creation of Requested Items (RITMs) and workflows. There are five RITMs created from a number of Catalog items that do not have any workflow attached. When looking at the context for those times, it does not appear that the workflow was even created. This is not consistent as there are many more of these items that have been requested that worked correctly and have workflows created and attached to the RITMs. CauseThe parent requests have not been approved for the specific RITMs. ResolutionThe workflow attaches at the point of approval of the parent request. After approving the parent requests for the requested items, this triggered the workflow and caused the workflows to attach.
