How to make mobile PIN mandatory for Agent App?


On the Agent Mobile app settings, the users can either enable or disable "Require App Pin" option. When it is enabled, the user can set a six-digit code as a PIN. The PIN needs to be entered each time they log in to an instance from their mobile device.

This article describes how to make it mandatory for the users to set PIN for the agent mobile app and prevent users from disabling "Require App Pin" option.


To prevent users from disabling "Require App Pin" option and making it mandatory to set a PIN, set the system property: to True.
