Description

Total Planned Cost in Cost Plans is not getting updated properly when a Resource Plan is created.

Cause

This is due to the Script Include "RMRates" being customized.
If we revert the original to the Out of the Box version and disable the customized version, this should work properly.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to "RMRates" Script Include (System Definition > Script Includes)
  2. In the Versions related list, open the latest record with the Source of "System Upgrades: glide-LATESTRELEASE..."
  3. In the related links, click "Revert to this version"
  4. Click OK when prompted
