CauseCheck support.service-now.com for any changes for the respective instance that are in progress that may be causing this outage.ResolutionIf still WITHIN the maintenance window, it may just help to wait for the maintenance window to pass as this is an expected or planned outage eg database or application server patching. If however the maintenance window HAS PASSED and the instance is still not reachable, please reach out to Technical Support by raising a case on Hi or calling into support.
