Major Incident Workbench - Duration field continues to count down even though major incident has been closed, resolved, or cancelledIssue The duration field in the Major Incident Workbench will continue to countdown even after a major incident is closed. The Major Incident Workbench UI Page is not very customizable so it will be expecting certain parameters/values to be passed in order to work properly.CauseIf you have customized the state choice values in major incidents, you may experience this problem since the Major Incident workbench is waiting for specific values to be passed from the state field in order for the Duration field to stop counting down. For example, if you change the Resolved state value to 4 when out of the box, it is 6, the Major Incident Workbench will not know that your incident has been resolved since it is waiting for the state field to pass a value of 6. The duration field will then continue to count down until a state value of 6 has been passed.ResolutionReverting your state choice values back to the out of the box values should resolve this.
