If you are configuring knowledge article behavior specifically for workspace, make sure that you open a table configuration with the UI type Workspace.3)In the Search UI Action Configurations related list, open a UI action with a search resource of KnowledgeSearchResource.4)The KnowledgeSearchResource is not configurable. It searches the knowledge base.5)In the Attachment type field, select from the following options.Embed link to article: Includes a link to the article in the activity stream for the record.Embed article: Attaches the entire article in the activity stream for the record. Kingston:1)Define contextual search for a table2)In the Search Context form, open the Table Configurations related list and click New.3)Alternatively, navigate to Contextual Search > Table Configuration and click New.KB attachment How a KB article in search results is embedded in the Comments field on the form.Embed article: The article text is copied into the Comments field in HTML format.Embed link to article: A link to the article is posted in the Comments field.
