Open the two OOB search action configuration records for the incident table:cxs_table_config.do?sys_id=b3ca5632c32121005655107698ba8fba (Platform UI type)cxs_table_config.do?sys_id=e15061a4b30303002bf182c136a8dc34 (Workspace UI type)2. For each of the above search action configuration records, under the "Search Action Configurations" related list, look for the Action label "Attach" (there should be 2).3. Open each of the "Attach" search action configuration records, set the "Attachment type" value to none and delete the value in "Attach note field" (existing value is comments).4. After saving the changes, launch agent workspace and open any incident record.5. Switch to the Agent Assist tab from side bar.6. Type in "Email" as search term.7. Look for any KB article relating to email, e.g. "Deleted Email Recovery".8. Click on the "..." and choose "Attach". You can see the code tag which is a hyperlink to the knowledge article being attached from Agent Assist.WorkaroundThis is expected behavior for the current platform design.
