The "Actual Elapsed Percentage" field is miscalculated, if relative duration for the SLA is selected as "Breach on Due Date"Issue The "Actual Elapsed Percentage" field is miscalculated, if relative duration for the SLA is selected as "Breach on Due Date"Cause"due date" is having a value before "start time" of the SLA. i.e. Due Date field is occurred in the pastResolutionIf the Due Date field is empty or occurred in the past, the breach time of the task SLA is calculated to be one second ahead of the task SLA start time. For Eg:The SLA A is having the duration type as "Breach on Due Date" and has "No schedule" For TAS123, the due date is 2019-07-09 10:44:14start time of the SLA: 2019-08-29 10:04:00stop time of the SLA: 2019-08-29 10:04:10Breach time : 2019-08-29 10:04:01, breach time is set to 1 sec after the start time because the start time of the SLA is after due date: 2019-07-09 10:44:14 i.e. breach time is in past.1 sec is 100% Actual Elapsed Percentage , stop time is after 10 sec so after calculation it is showing 1000% [100*10]
