'Post Answer' doesn't work as expected for end users and ITIL users.DescriptionUnder the community portal, when an end-user/ITIL user posts answer of any question and click on the 'Post Answer' button, nothing changes/happen on the UI. But in backend, answer get posted.On refresh of the page, previously posted answers appear.CauseThe reported issue can be caused due to failure of an OOB READ ACL script on Social Q&A Answers tableThe ACL executes the script include GlobalKnowledgeUtilSNC which has a query condition --> enable_socialqa for the knowledge base of the Question has to be true.If enable_socialqa is set to false for the knowledge base of the questions, posted answers by the ITIL user and end-users will not show the very first time. On refresh, it will appear.ResolutionUpdate the enable_socialqa field under Social QA Knowledge Base (kb_knowledge_base) and set it to true.
