'Post Answer' doesn't work as expected for end users and ITIL users.


Under the community portal, when an end-user/ITIL user posts answer of any question and click on the 'Post Answer' button, nothing changes/happen on the UI. But in backend, answer get posted.
On refresh of the page, previously posted answers appear.



Update the enable_socialqa field under Social QA Knowledge Base (kb_knowledge_base) and set it to true.
