Chat Transfer popup showing only a limited number of user and all group members are not searchableDescriptionIdeally, while transferring a chat, the system presents a popup that contains two lists. 1) Users of the same group(chat queue's assignment group) as the chat agent 2) Chat Queue other than the current queue In some scenario, other chat queue and all users might not appear on the chat transfer popup CauseOther than the current one, chat queues appear in the popup for a transfer if there is an active and available chat queue. If there are chat queues in the affected instance but those are inactive, it doesn't show up. When an agent initiates a chat transfer a chat with another agent of the same group, system checks for active members of the group who has a user presence. Suppose there is a total of 11 members. within that only 8 members are active and 3 are inactive and the other 2 users don't have any record in users presence table(They never logged in to affected instance). The system will end up showing only 5 users in the popup list. As the current agent is one of the members, there will be only 10 other users to transfer the chat. Within that 3 are not active, so 7 remains. Again, in 7, 2 users don't have a user presence record. Hence, the system will show only 5 users on the list. The other 6 users will not be searchable as well.ResolutionMake sure there are other active connect chat queues and active group members(with the user presence) to transfer the chat.
