This would mainly be older instances (around 2014)This property points to a group of users who are expected to receive emails on dev/test instances, rather than the OOB test email address.The property name indicates that this is a ServiceNow OOB(Out of the box) created property but this is not the case. This works in combination with a Business rule that removes any email address that is not in the email test group. This Business Rule needs to be active for the functionality to work.
